Any work performed within the right-of-way of a township road, requires submission of an Application for Road Work Permit along with three (3) copies of a sketch location and details of proposed work. This application can be obtained from the Municipal Building located at 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Any work performed on a township road over, under, or within, the limits access state highway, requires a state permit.

Permit fees shall be paid by cash, check or money order made payable to “UMT” when the permit is issued.
