One invoice will be issued for Sewer and Refuse

 Sewer $89.00 per quarter

 Refuse $87.50 per quarter           Sr. Citizen Refuse Rate $82.500 per quarter

You will no longer need to issue separate checks

 CHARGES WILL BE BILLED QUARTERLY

• 1st QUARTER: January 1st through March 31st
• 2nd QUARTER: April 1st through June 30th
• 3rd QUARTER: July 1st through September 30th
• 4th QUARTER: October 1st through December 31st

How to Pay your Sewer and Refuse/Recycling Bills

Pay Online with a Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic Check-NO FEES

A SEPARATE TRANSACTION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH UTILITY. MAKE SURE YOU ARE SELECTING THE CORRECT SEWER OR REFUSE TAB

• You will need your account number and PIN. This number can be found on your recent quarterly utility statement.

• Dropbox - Deposit payment in marked, locked mailbox located in the parking lot directly across from the main building entrance doors.
• In Office - During office hours of Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
