Dog Leash Requirements

Dogs must be leashed at all UMT parks.

Upper Macungie Township is blessed with a wealth of beautiful park lands, due in large part to the vision of township planners intent on balancing UMT’s growth with an abundance of green spaces for the enjoyment of our citizens now and for generations into the future. We have 498 acres of park land at eleven locations throughout the Township. These parks may range anywhere in size from a two acre neighborhood playground to over 165 acres at Grange Park and offer easy access from all our neighborhoods.
