Our Township is a blend of beautiful open space, recreational parks, working farmlands, modern Industrial and Commercial parks, as well as welcoming residential communities.

We are located in the beautiful Lehigh Valley region of Eastern Pennsylvania, which is the fastest growing and third most populous region in the state of Pennsylvania with a population of 21,623 residents as of the 2010 U.S. Census. According to the 2010 Census, UMT’s population was 20,063 and grew to 21,549, which was the largest growth in all Pennsylvania townships! Our population is estimated to be around 25,000 at the moment.
